Your role as a B2B Order Processing Clerk:

As an Administrative Assistant in order and logistics, you are the linchpin in our process. You act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and companies within our group. Your responsibilities include coordinating and administratively processing incoming shipments from suppliers, preparing the order process for the production team, administratively handling outgoing orders, and financially processing and checking deliveries, shipments, and purchase and sales invoices.

You will be part of a dynamic team of 20 colleagues and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction. You will use your administrative talents and organizational skills daily to deliver optimal performance. Together, we strive for excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and administratively processing incoming shipments from suppliers;
  • Preparing the order process for the production team;
  • Administratively handling outgoing orders;
  • Financial processing and checking of deliveries, shipments, purchase, and sales invoices;
  • Availability from Tuesday to Thursday and on Friday mornings.

  • You like to work independently, but have a team spirit to help your colleagues when needed.

You are armed with the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • You are communicatively skilled, fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
