Your role as a Commercial Employee:
As a commercial employee in our internal sales team, you and your colleagues are responsible for office-based sales in Heinsberg. You serve as the main point of contact for our customers and the crucial link between customers, the field sales team, and our internal departments in Heinsberg as well as our external departments at our headquarters in the Netherlands. Become an indispensable part of our team and help us grow! We are looking for YOU!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Telephone and written customer support in sales and consultation
  • Order processing and control as well as managing the entire ordering process, e.g., sending documents and tracking them.
  • Handling service and complaints to clarify questions and solve problems.
  • Processing credit notes in cooperation with the headquarters in the Netherlands.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders to guarantee customer satisfaction.

You are armed with the following skills:

  • A relevant completed education in the commercial field.
  • Experience in a comparable role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and English.

Your work environment at AquaDistri:
We are AquaDistri B.V., a proud branch of the Aquatic Wholesale Group. We supply an extensive range of aquarium, pond and reptile products, including ornamental/pond fish and aquarium plants, to more than 3,500 shops both at home and abroad! At our logistics centre in Klundert, everything comes together – from goods to fish and plants – to collect orders and prepare them for shipment. We take care of transport ourselves, with our own team of drivers and together with transport partners.
