You will play a crucial role in our company. Without the help of production workers in our greenhouses, there would be no end product and therefore no logistics! At AquaFleur International B.V., we are looking for an enthusiastic production worker to join our team.
Your role as a production worker:
As a production worker at AquaFleur International B.V., you are the driving force behind the packaging and preparation of our quality products. You feel comfortable with repetitive and predictable tasks. Together with a close-knit team, you will alternate between different tasks and support your experienced colleagues in the packaging department and in our greenhouses.
You will collect and pack orders, label customer orders, prepare new stock for sale, and cut and plant young plants and cuttings. Our enthusiastic team works hard every day, but there is certainly room for sociability.

You recognise yourself in the following profile:
- You are good at unpacking, packing, preparing items for shipment, sorting and checking;
- You are flexible, with infectious drive and a good dose of enthusiasm;
- You like structure and feel comfortable with repetitive production tasks.
- You also enjoy varying your daily activities and acquiring new skills.
- You like to work independently but have a team spirit to help your colleagues when needed.
Your work environment at AquaFleur:
We are AquaFleur International B.V., a proud member of the Aquatic Wholesale Group. Our organisation supplies a wide range of aquarium, pond and reptile products, including ornamental/pond fish and aquarium plants, to more than 3,500 stores both nationally and internationally. In our 20,000 m² greenhouse we cultivate over 120 plant species. Each of these plants receives individual care from our colleagues, and precise climate control is essential. We continuously monitor humidity, acidity, temperature and nutrient levels. Thanks to our assimilation lighting, cultivation activities in our laboratory continue uninterrupted even during the dark winter months.
